Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us with a refund request within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund to your original form of payment in an amount equal to your purchase price minus 3% payment processing fees within 30 days after your request. No refunds will be issued for requests made 30 or more days after purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

If you used a coupon or recieved a discount on a program, any refund will match the amount paid.
