The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a curated cohort of 10–20 women who are ready to grow with intention.

This isn’t networking. It isn’t surface conversation. And it isn’t a drop-in group.

It’s a year-long commitment to refining how you think, lead, decide, and show up.

Each circle brings together women with depth, ambition, and lived experience. The conversations are honest. The accountability is real. The growth is steady.

If you’re ready for a space where you can be both strong and supported — this is that room.

How it Works 

Each Inner Circle meets once a month for one year.

Sessions are held virtually and run approximately 90 minutes, with a few extended sessions throughout the year that may run up to two hours. Sessions are not recorded for replay. Live attendance is part of the commitment and helps preserve the depth and trust of the group.

If a full cohort forms within the same geographic area, an in-person gathering may be offered to deepen connection.

Meetings are facilitated by Kat Rogers and grounded in the EQ Success Method™ — blending emotional intelligence, strategic reflection, and practical accountability.

Every session includes:

This is an active, intentional space. Consistency matters.

Spots are limited to 10–20 women per circle to preserve depth and trust. Enrollment is by application to maintain the integrity of the room.
