We currently offer two group formats:
Small Group Sessions
Curated spaces of 10–20 growth-minded women who are ready to take intentional steps toward a more aligned, empowered life. These sessions bring together a thoughtfully selected mix of perspectives, experiences, and passions to foster deep reflection, supportive accountability, and expansive conversation.
If you’re looking for a guided container where you can feel seen, heard, and challenged to grow — without having to do it alone — this is your space.
Mastermind Groups
Tightly curated cohorts of 6–8 women at similar stages of business or leadership, selected not just for their ambition, but for the energy, experience, and clarity they bring to the table. These high-touch groups are built for bold growth — with focused accountability, strategic collaboration, and powerful peer-to-peer insight.
If you’re ready to scale your work, refine your vision, and surround yourself with women who will both challenge and champion you, this is where you’ll thrive.
We ask all interested applicants to complete a short application, participate in a brief interview, and commit to the program for one year. Once accepted, we’ll match you into the group that best fits your stage, energy, and intentions.
