If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment in the amount paid minus non-refundable payment processing fees (3%).

 

Refund requests submitted 30 days or more after purchase are not eligible for a refund.

 

To process a refund, we require proof of purchase or receipt.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Discounted Purchases

If you purchased a program using a coupon, promotion, or discount, any approved refund will reflect the amount actually paid, minus the 3% payment processing fee.
