The Inner Circle
Curated circles of 10–20 women who are ready to take intentional steps toward the next version of their life and leadership. These sessions bring together a thoughtfully selected mix of perspectives, experiences, and passions to foster deep reflection, supportive accountability, and expansive conversation.

How it Works
Each Inner Circle meets monthly for one year. Sessions are guided by Kat Rogers and rooted in the EQ Success Method™, blending emotional intelligence, strategic reflection, and practical accountability.
Each registration period includes several meeting day and time options. We ask applicants to be flexible and willing to attend any of the available options, and we’ll reach out to confirm your preferred order before final placement.
