Mastermind Groups
A mastermind group is a combination of several things — group trainings, brainstorming sessions, peer-to-peer mentoring, and accountability. This combination helps our members hone skills (both personal and in business), problem-solve, and realize their desired intention(s).
We ask all who are interested in joining a group to complete an application, do an interview, and be willing and able to commit to the program for a year. Those who are accepted will be matched into groups of 5–8 people that we feel are the best fit for one another.
Get Accountability
Starting/growing your own business? Looking to reach that next level in your career? Sometimes, trying to plan for it all is just too much to do it on your own. Masterminds provide powerful group-think and peer accountability, which can leave you feeling motivated and determined as you reach for your next level.
Grow Your Network
You're moving up (or at least trying to), which means the people you know also needs to expand. We've all heard the expression, "If you want to know the wealth of a person, just show me their 5 closest friends." Getting to know and being around other like-minded, driven people can elevate you in ways you never foresaw.
Have A Sounding Board
Some businesses have a Board of Directors or a Think-Tank division, but not every business does and not every person has access. Your mastermind group is a place to share ideas, to bounce them around the room a bit among professionals and see if they are just plain insane, or perhaps just insane enough to work!
Elevate Yourself
Every new idea, new business, career shift, or life change requires learning new skills so you can better adapt and execute it. Masterminds are a great place to learn those skills, either from the facilitator, or from another peer.
Be Supported
Support is the other side of accountability, and you need both in order to succeed.
